Our goal is "every member ministry", with all of our people learning how to love one another and follow Jesus as we are engaged in active servant hood in one or more of the many ministries of our church body.Anyone who has completed both TNT (Teaching N Training) New Members classes and the Foundations classes are eligible (though not automatically qualified) for serving in a ministry at In The Light Ministries.
